Impressed by the mention of "one day" repair on the website I sent my glasses to Spec Tech last Monday: it's now Tuesday of the following week and I have heard nothing. Not even any acknowledgement that they have received my glasses, which would be a start. Their phone number never answers and there is nowhere to leave a message. I don't even know how much they would be charging if they have got the glasses!    24-05-22
