I was enticed into the store to take advantage of the summer sale. The shoes I purchased lasted 3 months before one of them split apart. I got a wet foot from the rain before being able to return to the store.

The store couldn't replace the shoes but suggested I buy the new updated version, meaning spending an additional £30. Or a refund. They couldn't check other stores to see if the shoe was in stock there. They don't do repairs.

I went to John Lewis instead. 27-11-14

I think it is absolutely appalling that clarks have stopped selling slippers that they have sold for many years which have a wedge heal and were in three colours.
Black,Red and Animal print. I am trying every shop that I can think of to get another pair as they were smart and ideal to wear indoors.If anyone can tell me where to get a pair I would be thrilled to buy them incidently I take a size 5. 20-02-13
