I was enticed into the store to take advantage of the summer sale. The shoes I purchased lasted 3 months before one of them split apart. I got a wet foot from the rain before being able to return to the store.
The store couldn't replace the shoes but suggested I buy the new updated version, meaning spending an additional £30. Or a refund. They couldn't check other stores to see if the shoe was in stock there. They don't do repairs.
I went to John Lewis instead.
