So this is supposedly a music store so you'd expect the staff to have a broad range of music!
Went into the store to buy a cd of our favourite band who have just sold nearly 100,000 tickets for a 5 night run at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam to find they had absolutely 0 cd's, vinyls of their music in the store.
Approached an aging guy who obviously thought he was still in his teens ( with a dodgy haircut) and asked if they had any music by the band in the shop to which he replied very rudely... 'never heard of them'!
Then he walked away!
He could have at least said 'I'll try to find out for you' etc but he wasn't interested!
You'd think that shops like HMV would be doing all they could to stop losing more and more customers to online downloading and purchasing of records etc but with this attitude I for one won't be upset if the Exeter store goes out of business!
So HMV, learn to be nice to your customers and do what you can to help them!
