Went to Shauls Bakery in Heavitree today at lunchtime with my sister. The two members of staff there were too busy looking at the activity going on in the street to pay us much attention. We decided to sit outside. The table was filthy, with spilt tea and crumbs all over it. I notified them of this and I was asked if I wanted them to clean it!! I said "well somebody has to". Disgraceful customer service...with no hint of an apology.
The curry pastie was horrible, with hardly any hint of curry and for £2.95 a rip off! Shall never go to Shauls again.
