I bought my platinum wedding room from this beautiful little shop in May last year. Unfortunatly, after 9 months, 2 diamonds fell out and I am now being asked to pay for the repair!!? Apparently, they say, holding a suitcase when travelling may bend platinum out of shape?!! Utterly horrified and disappointed and i await their reply, hopefully with good news!!
