Really disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a charm with delivery of 3 days. After 4 days I telephoned to check on the status of my order. I was told that I would be called back. I was not, so I called again to be told that the charm was not available.
I am unclear when Robert Price was going to get around to telling me this himself. He, of course, was happily holding on to my money.
Appalling customer care. I would not recommend this company.
