9 months ago I bought a tablet from Titan but didnt get on with it. Not hopeful of much in way of trading it in, they really went the extra mile giving me full price back (less the VAT) and a laptop replacement. They even delivered it and set it up for me with WiFi and Printer FOC.
I just called due to problem with the laptop and there was no hesitation in asking me to bring it in and they'll fix it.
