I can't understand why this shop owner is always so grumpy towards me, why is the lady with glasses so rude! Is it just me? I have brought fish from them in the past that have not lived long, and they were unhelpful, I thought I would give it a second chance but again rude and grumpy, why run a business this way surely you should be thankful for my custom surely you would want me to be satisfied? And at least be polite!? I asked for female fish but she said she did not have them, I saw them right there!! Does she want to stop me from having males and females please help me I don't understand?? She sold me a "male" but it was not!! Surely she should know her fish right? All I ask is manners an good customer service this shop does not give you that. Please don't tell me I'm the only one who has noticed this attitude towards customers? Customers who make her a living?!? Feedback appreciated. Fish boy!
