We went to build s bear as a special treat for my little girl who had been very ill.
I was really disappointed. The pricing was just confusing. My little girl chose her bear but was then told she couldnthave it as it wasn't in the right price bracket for the accessories she wanted. We stood around waiting for someone to find out for us, then saw them dealing with someone else, we had been forgotten! My girl couldn't gt the best she's been clutching around the shop and She was heart broken. We sorted that and she enjoyed everything else but it was over so quick...you basically stuff the bear. We found staff unhelpful. The manager was just plain rude. I wouldnt go there again. I couldn't recommend it. Expensive for what you get. Real shame.
