Struggled to find what I wanted in store but the assistant was very helpful and went out of her way to check stock for the items I required. Some were out of stock but she placed the order for everything on line for me, allowed me to take away the two items they had, and arranged delivery for the reminder of my order. Delivery arrived at my home two days later. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was excellent. Well done to Cathie in the Exeter store for going the extra mile and dealing with everything with a smile!
