I went into upgrade my phone. The assistant set me up with a new phone and payment programme and transferred all my old phone contact details onto the SIM card for my new phone so I could take it home, put it into my new phone and charge it up. So far so good. Alas, the assistant had given me the wrong SIM for my new phone- not even sure how this is possible. Had to go back to the store for the correct SIm card taking up my time and costing train fares. Not happy.    12-08-15
