Hello , i do not normally write reviews but the service i recieved on Monday 8th Dec. has made me feel the need.
I phoned up because my broadband hub had broken and i was finding it very hard to speak to the right person at the Virgin Media contact numbers.
So i tried my nearest store in Exeter, i wondered if i could just pick up a new hub from the shop. It turned out this was not possible but instead of dismissing me and telling me to phone customer services , the very friendly and helpful lady took some details from me and tried various options. She said it was probably not possible but took my phone number and said she would call me back.
Within ten minutes i got a call to say it had all been organised, free of charge and a new hub would be with me in 48 hours. The hub has arrived and all is well !
Please could you thank Lauren for me ( i think i have spelt her name right ) because it would be nice if she was personally acknowledged .
