My daughter and her boyfriend made appointments to see someone in the Exeter Apple store to sort out some problems on their iphones. They had to make a special trip from our home town and this had to be made on a Saturday due to college and work commitments. On arriving at the store they were told that they had to get in a queue to be seen and unfortunately, when they eventually got to the front of the queue they were told that they were THREE MINUTES LATE and their appointment had been given to someone else. This is disgusting service as they had been standing in the queue for five minutes! They had made a special journey on the train to see someone and I would have expected some sort of leeway due to the queue in the store. The only explanation they received was that Saturdays are always busy and they should visit the store on another day. This is very bad service and management. it is not possible for them to get in on another day and the way that they were told this was rude.   05-10-14
