After taking the wheel and tyre to be fixed, as it was flat, i wastold it was not a puncture but the wheel rim that was at issue. It was resolved with elbow grease, good humor and a bit of banter. No high pressure selling or feeling like their time was being wasted. Quick and convenient. Thankyou
