Excellent B&b
There is a good parking. The centre of Exmouth and the sea are at walking distance. Everything is brand new. Very clean and comfortable. For breakfast all guests are sitting at the same table so you can chat, a very good initiative. The street is easily to find bed there is no B&B indication so you have to look for the name of the house (if you come from Exmouth centre, it is on your left site, opposite accommodation for elderly people, at the beginning of the street)

Excellent Stay
We stayed at Cranleigh Bed & Breakfast for two nights whilst attending a family event close by. Our room was a good size with a nice view of the sea in the distance. Breakfast on both days was great and the breakfast room is lovely and relaxed. I'd recommend having the pancakes with hot banana, crème fraiche and maple syrup! The hosts were very welcoming and had good knowledge of the local area which was helpful. We would recommend Cranleigh B & B to our family and friends.

Would Stay Here Again

Lovely location. Accommodation fantastic . Room was very up-to-date and immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Carol and Mark were very welcoming and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this bed and breakfast.
