My wife and I have always dealt with 3 over the phone bit last summer decided to nuy from store the latest samsung. From the moment we stepped into the store we felt we were idiots even though we are university educated in ICT!!! we were patronised when my wife asked about phone. She wanted to go somewhere else but I remained (foolishly now)loyal as we had always had a good deal. We asked about insurance told we provide you with a phone whilst yours is away,no cost to customer. Anyway deals were done. Six months later I dropped pjpne screen smashed.Went back to shop expecting replacement as told when took out the contract, was greeted(if you can call it that) by a very overpowering woman who just looked and told.me theres a shop down the hgh street who will charge yoiabout £80 quid. "What about the deal with replacement phone whilst mine is being repaired?". She then told me it finished ages ago! asked if it could be sentoff she said yeah but it will cost about £150 we dont lend you another phone
thats not our problem!!! Our contract is up for renewal next summer and we are being pestered to renew by 3 by text and phone jave told them wont be dealong with them or stpre again.
Next time I will listen toy wife. With Exeter store....BUYER BEWARE!!!!
