Would not recommend this veterinary clinic, based on several dealings over approximately 7 years. This Clinic use to have a marvellous reputation many years ago, however, my personal experience has been very poor.
I have found them to be inaccurate with diagnosis, heavy push to buy their products, and extremely over priced, even for basic consultations.
I was charged over £45 for a 3 minute visit, in which I received an incorrect diagnosis for my adorable cat, subsequently after several more visits, and again a similar charge for little to no service, I decided to ask around locally, and found that many neighbours have experienced a similar experience, and have located another veterinary clinic, much further away, however with an excellent reputation.
I was charged £16.80 for a 20 + Minute consultation, extremely thorough and correct diagnosis on first visit. I am so furious I persisted with the Polsloe Veterinary Clinic for so many years and am relieved I have found a reasonable veterinary clinic with old fashioned values and skills.
