Poor after sales service shown by this store. My wife tried to exchange a pair of trousers for a larger size and although she did not have her receipt with her she had proof of purchase as it was paid for on her debit card!
She was informed that she could not be given a larger size because she did not have her receipt with her. The Manager of the store haughtily informed her that it was the policy of the store not to exchange, or refund without receipt. All the Zara tickets were present on the garment returned but the Manageress would not listen to my wife's reasoning.
All in all the Manager needs reminding that she was at fault both with the law regarding refunding or exchange of goods, and as important, with her attitude verging on disrespect to her customer.
