Absolutely furious. Was sold a 15gb mifi box on a rolling contract by a guy called Callum. I was told it would reset after each month. Whatever comes first or if I use 10gb by 20th of the month i would need to wait to the next month. If I used it all on the 20th of the month I would again need to wait until the next month. I was told I would pay exactly £20 a month no more no less. That was also written down. I was not told about any additional charges at all. I feel I have been completely Miss sold this Service because I have now got a bill for £300+
When I went into the shop to complain the same guy was there and I asked him if he remembered me and he said yes. Later on when I made my complaint all of a sudden he couldn't remember the conversation.
I was told by Callum to go away because they don't deal with billing.
I then spoke to customer services there and then and she logged the complaint for me and I told her to cancel the direct debit. I was told I would get a call back the following Monday but received no call.
I complained a week later and was offered £97 back, I was then told the direct debit has been taken. As the call could not be recovered I was offered a further £20. This is still unacceptable as I was still miss sold this service. Iam now going to be taking it up with the telecommunications ombudsman.
Do not use Vodafone!!!! Terrible service!!    08-07-17
