I recently contacted Ashby Crane & Co enquiring about a bespoke piece of jewellery. The Exmouth Store by the way, it would be unfair to comment on Ottery St Mary. I have to say I found the lady 'Wendy' very unhelpful and at times rude. She either did not know how to answer my query or provided the completely wrong information. If it is professionalism your looking for then this is not the place! Maybe their products are top quality but I will never know because with Wendy being the first point of contact achieving what you want would feel impossible!
