Viewed a property with Bower & Bower a few weeks ago. Got to the property, firstly they called to say they were running late then a further phone call to say the contractor had the keys so they couldn't gain entry. Eventually got to look st the property to rent, paid my referencing fees only to be told a couple of days later the landlord wanted to sell. I am still waiting for my fees to be refunded 3 weeks later despite nearly phoning every day having to chase this up. Not happy.
