I really like coming into this store as I don't feel like they are trying to 'sell' me something.
The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
The products are high quality and the best prices in town and I always recommend them. 29-11-13

I felt the need to write a review after looking up the correct address for this agency and seeing the previous reviews. I was really surprised to read such a negative statements as I have had such a good experience with the staff and the tenancy overall.
The staff were really friendly and approachable and explained everything to me every step of the way and gave me an info sheet at the viewing which gave me everything I needed to know.
After I signed the tenancy they booked an appointment to check me in and I thought it was a really professional process.

The staff here are lovely. I brought my cat in when she was in labour and in distress as an emergency appointment. When I called them the receptionist also advised me to get her in before 5 so it wouldn't be classed as an out of hours appointment which I think shows that they are not just out for your money!
They calmed my cat and helped her delivery 2 more healthy kittens and the cost was a lot less than I had been anticipating!

Always a good night out and the staff are always welcoming and friendly even when it is really busy.
