Service at Lugets of Exeter was beyond bad mannered. Both myself and my wife were met with a tirade of insults from the shop manager myself on the telephone and both of us on arrival because we wanted a refund for faulty trousers purchased for a wedding and found to have a near broken fastener. This shop has an impeccable history which it continues to trade on the back of going back to 180?; however it is possible it has been taken over as it has become rubbish since then. We choose to avoid such nightmarish ghastly ill mannered management in favour of less snobbish outfitters elsewhere. This retailer is a disgrace to Exeter and the lovely Cathedral Yard. The trousers I bought were placed near to Turnbull and Asser shirts leading me to believe that because they were very expensive that they were of similar quality. You have been warned

Good up to date as well as classic range of clothing for gentlemen, staffed and managed by properly mannered folk. A smarter choice for the Exeter sartorialist than the jaded snobbish overpriced old has been that is Lugets, next door.   02-08-11

Georgeous and original designs, clothes, and more. my wife considers Toot Garook well worth a visit , also the nearby boutiques of Gandy Street.   02-08-11

Can be crowded but the pizzas are great and the lovely location is a further plus. If you're looking for a properly prepared pizza and you can't get to Italia, you could do a lot worse; we often end up here when in Exeter.   02-08-11
