Darlene removed their review page on facebook after I left a negative review and a copy of an email I posted. It took telephone calls and several emails to get a negative reply from the manager after one of their drivers nearly knocked me off my mobility scooter as it sped through Exminster on the wrong side of the road, cutting me up as I was turning into a Roda (with indicators signaling)
Shocking company, both drivers and management, who don't care about public safety

The driver who I gave way to on bickleigh bridge 15plate ending OYJ about 20 minutes ago, needs to learn how to drive and how to be polite to other road users!! I kindly stopped by bickleigh mill side to allow the bus to come over the bridge, not only did he have to attempt this manuvor twice...to get on the bridge, he didnt know how to thank us! He then started waving his arm, telling me to get over! I drive a Corsa and am also a HGV driver for work...he choose not to use the junction of bickleigh mill... I thought a phone was adaquate, but I got the feeling this would not be passed on, so I therefore felt the need to write a review... Very poor driving, not at all curtious to other road users........

Absolutely disgusting. One driver on the 369 service refused us travel in February.We are over 60s with health problems. Disgusting response from the management. They are refusing to deal with this individuals behaviour.

Dear Sir/madam, would like to say BIG THANK YOU To your driver,s Ginny And John who conveyed my Family to london 26th 27th weekend theatre Break in London . your 2 Drivers were very Courteous, very Professional in every manner. I was HG V Driver for many years with the MOD here in Plymouth ,and can understand the difficulties of today,s Driving. Many thank,s for a very pleasant journey made possible by Ginny and John. A Big Thank you from my Grandaughter Ellie rose my Wife and my self ken thank you very much from the Smith Family plymouth

We went on a majestic tour on 4th August to Isle of Wight. Your driver Chris was fantastic, so courteous, very happy in his work, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely young man and very well turned out

Very poor service. Bus driver took the bus off agreed school route when only three girls on board, to transfer into his car to make the route more profitable. My daughter got scared as they did not know the driver so the driver let her off the bus on a dual carriageway 3 miles from her bus stop. She is only 12 and was very scared at the time and afterwards. Shame on Dartline coaches for a complete lack of responsible behavior.,
