First class friendly service by all members of staff at Exeter store
Will make a point of shopping in store in future, could not of got better service and advice.
Called in Thursday 13th April (afternoon) for children's wedding suits/ dresses 14-04-17

I was served in the Exeter store by two lovely ladies. The lady (sorry I did not catch her name) in the fitting room was so helpful when they did not have a dress that I wanted in my size. She checked local stock and then directed me and my daughter upstairs to Katie who went out of her way to ensure she found the Flora dress that I wanted in my size and has ordered it to store. She went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in customer service. So thank you Katie and thank you Monsoon I hope you can pass on my thanks again to your staff. 07-06-16
