GiL Properties Ltd provides Chute House - a self catering holiday accomodation in Newtown, Exeter. Chute House has been fully refurbished in spring 2021. From 3 bedrooms and one “pinky” bathroom on the back of the narrow kitchen downstairs to a high standard 4 bedrooms, family bathroom, bathroom on the ground floor with the shower facility and… master bedroom in the loft, with ensuite – serviced accommodation in Exeter.
All 4 bedrooms are double, with king-size beds which could be split into two single beds in each bedroom if required for up to 8 guests.
Family bathroom in their self catering accommodation including bath, for the longer baths and relaxation or if showers are preferred that’s also available. The second bathroom in the loft on the top floor has a shower facility.
The living room in the house is open plan with a dining and kitchen area. Living space inc two comfortable sofas and coffee table. On the wall is an installed smart TV with Netflix included.
