Me and my partner have been training with Joe for 18 months and have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Joe’s an excellent personal trainer, but what makes him special is his overall personal approach. Joe worked us both out quickly, knowing not only what we were physically capable of but what motivated us and made us tick. This is me is the difference Joe offers.

He’s great company, always up for a laugh but he also drives us and gives us excellent training every single time.

Joe has helped us with our diet and kept us on track with this between sessions which is another benefit.

Having had various personal trainers over the years, I can safely say joe is the best and a great human too!

I have been training with Joe for a few weeks now so still in the early stages but he has been great, very supportive and motivating.
Joe tailors the work out to me and what I enjoy and my level of fitness and has increased and amended when required.

I would highly recommend Joe for his support and positive encouragement. 12-09-19

I have been training with Joe for 2 years now and I wouldn't want to train with anyone else!
He is amazing at motivating you, patient and gives great advise regarding nutrition if you need it.
I am fitter, happier and lighter. 10-09-19
