Me experience was very poor indeed; rude staff who were impatient and abrupt. I had to go back the following day as 2 nails were not smooth at all. 1 week later several nails had cracks in the polish. A waste of nearly £50!!

I went today for a manicure and pedicure for the first time and won’t be going back! How poor! They didn’t even cut my toe nails let alone shape them and my finger nails are not shaped at all. The varnish look tatty too.

I had my nails done here, I found the lady to be very rude and impatient, constantly showing her displeasure if my fingers were not in the correct position, what was supposed to be a treat and a pamper turned out to be both uncomfortable and embarrassing in front of the other customers I will not be returning to this shop again I pay money for a service not to be treated so appallingly.
