I brought a used nissan leaf a year ago, in that time the staff have been brilliant they have also sorted out any problems i had, and always had a loan car for me to use. i would highly recommend Nissan to anyone and in fact i have now brought a new leaf. and would never go back to a petrol/ diseale car again and I would like to thank the sales man Danial for all his help then and now, please keep up the great work

Appalling service
I have had my car serviced and mot at Exeter
Nissan for last seven years
However this year I have paid for service and mot
But received no mot certificate, no invoice for work done
And my service record book has not been stamped
To add insult to injury they have dented my glove box
The car was given back to me filthy dirty inside and out
Just appalling
I have complained but received no reply

Dear Sir
Having recently bought a 65 Note ,
I was pleased with the sales ,
Althoug when we came to collect the car , we were kept waiting , for it to be fuelled, 1 hour .
Within a month , the bushes need replacing , and that after a very recent MOT and service .
I also ordered rubber mats 6 week ago , when I came in , they hadn’t arrived .
I am disappointed with your after service .

Bought a 1 year old Qashqai at J F E two years ago and can only speak as I find. Nothing to complain about,every small problem dealt with,loan car provided and work completed efficiently and in allotted time.
This in complete contrast to Vospers who,because they are nearer to my house, I went to for a warranty recall.They didn't have a loan car and didn't complete the work in the allotted time(in fact they had the car all day and made me wait nearly two hours in the showroom when i came to collect it)
So if you want a Nissan I would suggest you try J F E in Exeter

Jfe Exeter have got to be the worst garage in Devon for ripping off their customers on part exchange prices after buying 2014 a car of them 6 weeks ago I now need to sell it due to circumstances changing they offered me £5.000 less than I paid for it. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere So be warned don't deal with this company. Buyer beware.
