Purity Skincare Exeter Reviews

We were not greeted, the woman looked annoyed we were there and was on her mobile phone, she walked out the room continuing her call for 10 mins befire coming back in to see what we want. Seriously reconsider going if you have health / mobility issues..there are multiple floors with very steep stairs. See the message I sent after a very disappointing visit.

Hello, just to let you know that I have been refunded my Groupon that I purchased for your business.
I feel the need to give you constructive criticism to help you maintain clientele.
1. Check your terms and conditions on Groupon before suggesting your new customer is a liar.
2. Respond to voicemails within 8 hrs and with full knowledge of terms and conditions on offer.
3. Signpost your business so that it is not a mystery tour beforehand, especially since you already know it's hard to find.
4. When you buzz a customer in and are on your mobile phone, at least mouth apologies and acknowledge them rather than walk out the room to continue a 10 minute conversation.
5. Warn your potential customers that there are very steep stairs for those with disabilities. DO NOT tell them that an 81 year old on crutches and others with the same disability can manage it just fine so they should too.
6. Don't reiterate that they are lying about Groupon offer saying only 24hr notice of booking is required...
..remember to apologise when proof is provided by your potential new customers showing actual factual terms.

I see you have had poor customer service reviews for some time and not taken on board the comments. For my part, I will add to those reviews, never return to your establishment and make sure i check reviews before I pay for 'special offers.

I was barely greeted when I entered the "spa". The lady at the desk seemed annoyed that I was there. There were a couple of other customers who mustve been regulars as they were treated like long lost friends,I as a new customer was hardly acknowledged. The treatment was incredily over priced for what I received, I wouldn't recommend or go back.
