In the past I have always found the staff to be helpful,but not today found the assistant quite rude and miserable in the school department,perhaps she was having an off day.

Went into store today to finish getting my daughters school uniform... One older lady asked if she could help and pointed me I. The right direction to the named clothing but when I came back downstairs not a single younger member of staff offered help even when I asked I was just told " over there and around the corner" she was clearly too busy talking to the other member of staff rather then assisting a customer who wanted help.... Not impressed at all. Would of gone somewhere else if there was anywhere else to get it all.... Not impressed at all with the service... Won't be rushing back...

the staff were so helpful and friendly whenever i've visited the store, i live 44 miles away but go regularly by train and my son loves going in as he's collecting the lego movie figures and only needs 2 to complete, so the staff help him find the ones he needs, nothing is too much trouble, it's a pleasure to shop there
