Well I can't fault them from buying a new camera to printing my pictures they are so confident and knowledgeable with all the products I only go to jessops. If they make an error they rearly do go out there way to correct it I've been on several of there courses and I'm looking forward to march as I'm on snowdonia camera course ??

Good, friendly staff with a good in-depth knowledge of photography and the products they sell. They are always willing to impart their knowledge irrespective of whether or not a sale is concluded. Bright and tidy shop presentation.
The slight negative is they do not appear to stock all of the items they feature on the internet. They however endeavour to obtain them quickly.
