I bought a £90 pair of Van Dal shoes from Elizabeth Ann back in December '14 and couldn't have been happier at having found a pair of shoes that actually fit my short, fat feet! But after about 6months, and only having worn them three times, the lining started coming away from the shoe. Long story short, the owner of Elizabeth Ann was hugely apologetic and not only gave me a full refund but also gave me the same shoes in a different colour. FREE! For saying that it was a manufactures fault, not the shops, I think that was a nice gesture on their part. September 2015
