On holiday in Devon, our sat nav died so we went along to Halfords Metro in Exeter. We were immediately attended by a very pleasant lady assistant who explained that we would need the manager to check our sta nav for us. She got him for us and he couldn't have been more helpful. He unplugged one of the display models and plugged ours in - relief, it was the cable that was faulty, not the unit itself. He checked stock and found the correct cable for us and we were delighted that it would only cost us £20 instead of the price of a new sat nav. However there was more good news because the manager then said he would replace the cable free of charge as it was just a year old. We left the shop delighted. May we just say that ever member of staff that we spoke to were friendly and very helpful and I would strongly recommend them and their shop. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience.
