Well, I wish I had looked for reviews before sending my Ray Ban sunglasses off for repair of a broken bridge. I've had them for over 30 years and really like them. I sent them off on 4th July and called a few days later to make sure they'd arrived. I was told that there were so many repairs to look through that he would call back. He did call back and told me that they hadn't arrived. So I thought 'Well that's that - I'll have to get another pair' A couple of weeks later I got a phone call and (you guessed it) the sunglasses were being repaired and I would have them back by the end of the week. It's now 4th August and I have just called again to see where my sunglasses are. Was told that they have been repaired but he was waiting for the glue to dry (!!) to which I replied that I thought 2 weeks was long enough. His reply was that he didn't realise I was in a hurry! Apparently I'm going to receive my repaired sunglasses back by the end of this week. We shall see!
