After reading the bad reviews I was convinced I wasn't going to get my glasses back although I had paid £25. The man was easy to contact but he seems quite disorganised although pleasant every time I spoke to him. He told me he had sent them off recorded delivery and I have received them just a week later. The repair looks very good and I am so glad to have them back after wearing some 99p ones. He does need to look at his reviews and get better organised though.
