Excellent service, competent, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase an Apple product. We have swapped our entire office computers to Apple just over 2 years ago and have found them to be above and beyond the usual level of customer service, we have experienced previously. Excellent after sales care, the few issues that did arise initially (our fault with lack of knowledge about the OS) were rectified immediately, both in store and over the phone. If we could give more stars we would.
