Dear Sirs, I arrived at one of the Exeter Argos stores to bought a coffee machine and was served by Natallie. Natallie said "I thought in buying one does it make other drinks as well" I said "yes it does" she sent me to pick up the item. I got it back home and found something was wrong with it and taken it back and again I was served by the same girl in two hours. Natallie on the till said "did I serve you" I said "yes you did you where talking to me about the different coffee blends" She open the box and from here happy self chance to her bipolar type mood saying, Natallie "I can give you a refund and look the lime scale on the jug" the other girl said "Natallie give the customer the refund" Natallie said "I will not just look at the product, we do not sell products like this" what a bad kind of customer service and I would not want Natallie to serve me again.
