SUPERB! I moved down to Exeter about 7 months ago from Uxbridge in Middlesex where I have lived most of my life, I had a lovely trustworthy Vet there and it has caused me many sleepless nights thinking about where I was going to take my Pets in Devon. We looked at a number of practices in the area and even registered with one. There was nothing particularly wrong with them but I think I just have very high expectations and they never really had that special something I was looking for. Then a neighbour told me about her experience at Cranbrook and I went along with her when she had took her cat for its boosters. Well...I was blown away, the atomosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you come through the door. Everyone knows the clients and makes you feel special. Not just a number or just another pet or client. The Nurses and receptionists were kind and well spoken and the Veterinary care was superb and the advice given was current. I registered my pets straight away and have never looked back. I would never go anywhere else and would recommend Cranbrook (and do!) to everyone I meet! Anyone who is looking for something special, a practice that makes you feel as though you belong, with current medical advice and a family feel then I say Cranbrook Veterinary Centre is your practice.
