Nice products and they tempted me to but some Kath Kidson stuff for a Christmas Present. BIG MISTAKE!! They have a no-refunds policy, so I am now left with nearly £90 of gift vouchers I don't want. This kind of policy gives independent retailers a very bad name and I'm going to a chain where I'll be certain of a refund if the intended recipient doesn't quite like the gift.
