Disappointing.
Having been a loyal customer of many years, they not only booked me in for a rushed 30 min wash slot when I specifically requested a full hour style for my special evening, so I then had to style everything myself at home as well as being forced to pay a ridiculous £18 for that tiny wash, they had the nerve to complain at ME about the time they messed up my sister's hair for her graduation. My poor sister, in tears, had to return to them because they didn't do her hair how she wanted it. And despite them re-doing it, they go ahead and speak rudely of my sister by complaining about her, when it was her special day!
I won't be going there anymore, not as good as it used to be.
