Gurmare Singh is by far the best instructor I have had with any martial arts place. In some places I have trained there is a lack of discipline and respect for students which can lead to serious injuries (I picked up a few) Never do I feel out of my comfort zone training at Tigerstyle and the effort that goes into making sure you are using correct techniques is second to none! It's great for fitness and I highly recommend taking full advantage of the first session being free to work out if the class is for you or not. Just give Gurmare a ring for class times! - See you at training!
