We found the lettings team tactless and rude at times. One team member spoke to both myself and my partner like we were dirt. On one occasion whilst waiting to be transferred the person forgot to put the call on hold and was heard making unprofessional comments regarding me calling. Could not recommend them for providing a good service at all.
