Really not great. We've been looking on and off for the last 3 months for a larger flat to rent. The first time we found a property with Naomi J Ryan we called just before 5.30 and got an answerphone. Left a message, no call back. This month we submitted a few appointment requests via the right move (I think) website and was inundated by friendly estate agents calling and arranging viewings but nothing from these guys. 3 days later I called their office and asked to speak to Naomi assuming she was the owner and the best person to talk to as they had a property we really liked. As she wasn't their I asked for a call back and had to explain I wanted to talk about a property but to also complain about the lack of response. A day later, the chap I asked to get Naomi to call me back phoned and said he had a message to call me... Really bad service if you are looking to let or a landlord and not the friendly service they talk about on their website.
