Appalling workmanship on restringing my pearls and replacing the clasp. the pearls had been they returned at the counter before I paid for the repair because the clasp fit was faulty the safety clasp worked though. A replacement work/bodge caused the safety clasp to still work but with no closure to the clasp which us pointless. I was charged £80 for the inconvenience of waiting another week instead of £88. I wish I never gave them any money today because I have a clasp that has been shaved by a silversmith, maybe he soldered a piece on which shaved off when i used the clasp, either way I have paid £80 for a clasp which is useless and my pearls need restringing. I have parted with £80 for nothing and this is the worst work on a clasp, not on the restringing of the pearls however but if you renew the clasp you have to restring the pearls. Watch this space to see their response on Monday. I am not happy with this. Sandra Barrett
