I felt the need to write a review after looking up the correct address for this agency and seeing the previous reviews. I was really surprised to read such a negative statements as I have had such a good experience with the staff and the tenancy overall. The staff were really friendly and approachable and explained everything to me every step of the way and gave me an info sheet at the viewing which gave me everything I needed to know. After I signed the tenancy they booked an appointment to check me in and I thought it was a really professional process.
