They have repeatedly cancelled my booking and rescheduled it for 2 years, I was told this wasn't a problem and would be rebooked as a NHS patient. After checking up on them again I've found out I've been made a private patient and they won't respect their word. Do not reccomend being lied to and kicked onto the private list to get extorted.
