On 24th January 2022 I sent a pair of spectacles to Spectech for repair. After having to email and phone several times, eventually they were repaired. I received them back on 5th February 2022. The owner, Martin, is obviously VERY busy, could do with admin help (emails and phone calls) but definitely a crafstman. The claim that they always ring you on receipt of glasses was not so in my case. The claim that they can be repaired and returned within 24 hours again was not so in my case. I am grateful that they have been repaired, although it cost me £40 (good portion of my pension!)
