Poorly organised - cleans cancelled but the staff not told until they arrive on site. Extremely expensive and expect staff to not be paid if clients cancel but still charge clients. Worst of all they have a history of giving poor references to cleaners who leave despite clients being very upset to lose that cleaner. Additionally clients add things onto cleans and cleaners get no support from the office if they ask them to ask client for more time on cleans.
